Very clean and felt safe. Appreciated the breakfast offerings--the waffle maker was great and liked the variety of items.
Road noise was too much in room facing busy highway. Didn't like that the tiny shampoo and soap wasn't replenished for 2nd day. Need to supply extra blanket in room.

The location was good and magnificent for traveling around Charlotte, really close to other points of interest and shopping centers. It also was in a great area for convenient shopping particularly for out-of-towners.

We were happy with everything except the bed kept cracking every time you moved it sounded like it was broken they moved us to another room.
More people at the desk when checking in, we waited for almost twenty five minutes for someone to come also other people were waiting.

It had a huge variety of meals for breakfast, including coffee and cereal. There was a comfortable bed in the immaculately clean and well-appointed room, I slept very well. Location: the hotel was so close to mall and uptown, the mall and center city and a commercial park.
